CRF will weld a Baffle Plate into an NSX OEM Oil Pan, and powder coat it.

The NSX C motor has been know to oil starve in extended hard cornering. A simple solution to help control the oil in the OEM wet sump oil pan is to install a baffle to prevent sloshing of oil away from the pick-up located in the bottom of the pan.

The Cedar Ridge Fabrication oil pan baffle is a unique and improved design compared to the other products. The baffle is installed below the full, motor off level so the volume under the pan is reduced. This design is more effective at keeping oil close to the pick-up when the motor is running which is helpful because the C motor retains more oil in the head when in VTEC.

The baffle also features smaller, slotted drain back ports distributed around the outside edges of the plate for effective oil drain back in any dynamic situation.

Option 1: CRF will weld the baffle plate & powder coat --

Send us your OEM oil pan and a CRF Baffle Plate will be welded 51mm(2") above the bottom of the pan. We TIG weld the baffle plate into the pan in our shop and finish with an industrial powder coat for durability. Fits 3.0 and 3.2L Honda/Acura C motors.

Option 2: Oil Pan Exchange -- $300 Refundable Deposit

We’ll send you the oil pan as specified, and you send us your OEM part for deposit refund.
